Spend eight minutes of your time with an old lady and her french bulldog sitting on a bench somewhere in Sergiyev Posad. It’s warm and sunny, about 6 p.m., nowhere to hurry to. The bench is in a yard surrounded by the old kruschyovkas – five-storey block of flats, once trendy but now in decline. The lady is breathing heavily and the dog snorts. Thank you Chris, they’ve never failed me. I’ve been out of the recording – let’s say – business. Are there any now binaural mics on the market?
