Known as PTU in Russian these schools provide a chance for those who failed to enter the college or university. Being largely a working-class institutions PTUs got somewhat stigmatized by some people and though I met a lot of well-mannered and well-educated folks there, some swearing and offensive words &#8211; both from the students and tutors &#8211; have leaked into the recording.
